My name is Xavier Chalhoub and I am a Plastic Surgery Registrar in London. I was born and raised right on top of Richmond Hill. Richmond is one of the few places in London where a sense of community remains and always wanted to be part of it growing up. At Xavier on the Hill, we provide care that isn't too far from home.
