How Much Does Botox Cost in Richmond? 2026 Price Guide

By Mr Xavier Chalhoub · Xavier On The Hill, Richmond

If you're considering Botox in Richmond, one of the first things you'll want to know is the cost — and rightly so. At Xavier On The Hill, we believe in complete transparency. No hidden fees, no "starting from" prices that balloon once you're in the chair. Here's exactly what Botox costs at our Richmond clinic, what affects the price, and what you should be getting for your money.

Our Botox Prices

At Xavier On The Hill, Botox pricing is based on the number of areas treated:

Every treatment includes a complimentary consultation beforehand and a free follow-up appointment at two weeks. There are no additional charges.

What Counts as an "Area"?

When clinics talk about Botox "areas," they're referring to specific muscle groups on the face. The three most common treatment areas are:

Forehead lines — the horizontal lines that appear when you raise your eyebrows. These tend to become more noticeable from your late twenties onwards and are one of the most popular areas for first-time patients.

Frown lines (glabella) — the vertical "eleven" lines between your eyebrows. These can make you look tired or frustrated, even when you're perfectly relaxed. Frown lines are often the single area that makes the biggest difference.

Crow's feet — the fine lines that fan out from the corners of your eyes when you smile. Treating crow's feet softens the eye area without affecting your natural expression.

Most first-time patients start with one or two areas. The three-area treatment — covering the full upper face — is our most popular option and offers the best value at £300.

What Affects Botox Pricing in Richmond?

Not all Botox treatments are equal, and prices across Richmond vary considerably. The differences come down to three things: product quality, practitioner qualifications, and what's included in the price.

Product quality matters more than you might think. At Xavier On The Hill, we exclusively use Allergan Botox® — the original and most widely researched botulinum toxin product in the world. Some clinics use cheaper alternatives such as Azzalure or Bocouture to keep their prices low. While these are licensed products, Allergan Botox has the longest track record and the most predictable results. When you see unusually cheap Botox prices, it's worth asking which product is being used.

Practitioner qualifications vary enormously. Botox in the UK can legally be administered by doctors, dentists, nurses, and in some cases, beauticians with minimal training. The experience and anatomical knowledge of your injector directly affects your results. Mr Xavier Chalhoub is a GMC-registered doctor, Plastic Surgery Registrar, and Harley Academy Level 7 qualified injector. His surgical training means he understands the deeper anatomy of the face — not just where to inject, but why.

Check what's included in the price. Some clinics charge separately for the consultation, or don't include a follow-up. At Xavier On The Hill, your price includes everything: the initial consultation, the treatment itself using genuine Allergan Botox, and a complimentary review appointment at two weeks where we can make any adjustments if needed.

What to Expect at Your Botox Appointment

If you've never had Botox before, the process is straightforward and much quicker than most people expect.

Your journey starts with a free consultation — either on the same day as treatment or at a separate appointment if you prefer. During the consultation, Mr Chalhoub will assess your facial anatomy, discuss which areas would benefit from treatment, and explain exactly what to expect. There's no pressure to go ahead on the day.

The treatment itself takes around 15 to 20 minutes. We use TSK invisible needles, which are ultra-fine and designed for maximum comfort. Most patients describe the sensation as a brief, mild pinch — nothing more.

There's no downtime afterwards. You can return to work and normal activities immediately. The only advice is to avoid lying flat or exercising vigorously for four hours, and to avoid touching the treated areas.

Results begin to appear within two to five days, with the full effect visible at around fourteen days. This is exactly why we schedule your free follow-up at the two-week mark — so we can assess the results together and make any small adjustments if needed.

How Long Does Botox Last?

Botox typically lasts three to four months. Over time, with regular treatments, many patients find their results last progressively longer as the muscles become trained to relax. Most of our Richmond patients come in three to four times per year.

Is Cheaper Botox Worth the Risk?

You'll find Botox advertised in Richmond from as little as £100–£150. Before booking based on price alone, consider what's behind that number. The Allergan Botox product itself has a cost. A qualified medical practitioner's time has a cost. A proper clinical environment has a cost. When prices fall significantly below the norm, something is being compromised — and with a treatment that goes into your face, that's not a compromise worth making.

The best investment is a practitioner who will give you natural-looking results you're genuinely happy with, using products you can trust, in an environment where your safety comes first.
